 | Les Hadlow is a professional businessman with more than thirty years of management experience in several business’s that have given a broad based perspective to success in both his family and business life. Les has an enviable reputation throughout the communities both in Brisbane where he was born and the Sunshine Coast where he has given much of his time to assisting the community. Les has been a resident of the Sunshine Coast since the early eighties and has generated a high profile in business and community life .This affords high respect right across the Sunshine Coast especially throughout the hinterland.and surrounding area. Les began his real estate career with Ray White Nambour ,progressing to ownership where he improved the business by utilizing his experience and belief of giving as much back to the community as he possibly could. Les sold that business with the idea of taking life a little easier but soon found the slow pace not to his liking and purchased the Woombye Real Estate office, where the community support the business and Les supports the community as President of the progress assn. Les is a qualified and licensed agent and auctioneer who uses his skills to raise huge funds for several charities and gives freely of his time as Master Of Ceremony for many events in the community. |
Monica Smith – Sales & Administration |
 | Monica Smith has more than 20 years experience in the Building Industry working both on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane as a Sales and Marketing Manager. Monica also headed up the Design Department for the very well known Brisbane Builder, Masterman Homes, assisting home owners to maximize the features that makes a home special! With the décor selections and the company’s major projects from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, Monica has been able to experience several differing conditions that gives her a special appreciation to problem solving. Monica enrolled at the University of the Sunshine Coast undertaking a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) . However sales, marketing and property is Monica’s passion and after 2 years at Uni, Monica joined Re/Max property associates where she worked as a Sales and Marketing consultant and was nominated REIQ Rookie of Year in 2003. After 2 years at Re/max Monica pursued her own developments and in 2006 become co-principal of Woombye Real Estate where she is the office administrator. Monica holds a Certificate IV Project Management, Certificate IV Property Sales and is currently completing her Bachelor of Business and Real Estate Licence. |
