- Prepare a condition report at the beginning of each tenant’s occupancy – detailing a full condition of all aspects of the property.
- Never allow unsupervised visits by prospective tenants
- Carry out routine inspections every 3 months and provide you with a comprehensive report on the property’s condition. This allows us to monitor the condition of the property and to bring to your attention any maintenance issues that may need to be addressed.
- Carry out complete and thorough entry and exit condition reports.
- Liaise with our team of qualified trades people.
- Obtain payment of rental bond and lodgment with RTA.
Neglect of minor repairs can lead to major and expensive repairs and even the loss of a good tenant. Our property management will ensure that problems are resolved quickly by qualified trades’ people.
